Be At Ease And So Glorify God In Your Body
Jesus says,“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest…. my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30
The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God. “You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”
Corinthians 6:19,20

Experience the Freedom of Your Breath and Body with BLISC
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with many years of experience. I continued education in trauma work and studied in depth the mind body connection. My work as a therapist always addresses the whole person. I have become really good in leading people to connect with their bodies and finding solutions that work for them because they came up with the strategy themselves through innovative, sensitive and respectful questioning.
(The basic premise for coaching is that people are a lot more likely to take action on items they have discovered themselves. Most people do not need more information or ideas but by connecting with self and others they become resourceful moving toward resolve and action)
Reconnect with Your Body & Reclaim Your Life

Discovery of the causes of tension in body and mind and developing a strategy to release those

Developing a positive relationship with one’s body through awareness, breathing

Becoming aware of patterns (physical and mental) that are not serving, changing them

A platform to celebrate breath and life, support and embrace the good in life

Learning to express oneself and by carrying this skill into one’s relationships improved

Developing and learning about tools to deal with stress and overwhelm
A word About Coaching. What is needed and what makes it effective?
Coaching in general has gained widespread popularity because it works! The client is being led to find one’s own answers. A person is much more likely to act on a new awareness about what is the next right thing to do if it is felt that these answers are uniquely HIS very own!
Just like sport coaching the coach will guide, encourage, cheer and so on. But the person to be coached has to do the hard work of actually putting effort forth: Has to show up, be willing to express oneself and has to implement the changes as revealed in the process even if he doesn’t feel like it.
